[ZWeb] Cannot view or add Page Template

Could some one help me to resolve the problem below:

Cannot view or add Page Template. Error code shown:

Zope has encountered an error while publishing this resource.

Error Type: Undefined
Error Value: You are not allowed to access manage_page_header in this
context not found in 'here/manage_page_header', at line 1, column 1

My version is Zope 2.5.0
After I had added TinyTablePlus, Adding or viewing Page Template is no
longer allowed. The screen of product shown below:

Can anyone tell me how to fix the problem?
