[ZWeb] Zope.org feedback: Homepage

There are a couple of issues with the zope.org home page:

1. The link to zopelabs.com brings the default redhat/apache
   test page.

2. Clicking on "Feedback to this Page's Author" gives the
   error message:

    "This action does not make sense in this location."
