Let's just start to do it and worry later. All up for it and think it 
is a great idea, especially if there are people willing to put time 
for it. A narrative newsletter that combines the good things that 
happen all around us in the community is a great thing.

My ranting for structure and concept is just to get a focus for the 
endproduct, meaning 'what are the most important things we want to 
improve'.

Analogy comes from the world of making magazines. Think about magazine 
for corporations employees ( community and community members ). Rather 
than just write stories about anything interesting - good magazines 
have strict concepts and goals, even though goals can be even short 
term, like help management to anchor orporate goals, improve knowledge 
of corporate development programs etc. ( Short term in this context 
can be even a year ,-)

But let's just start it with some format and let it become what it 
becomes.
