[ZWeb] Using IMAP for sending mail

these types of questions should be sent to zope@zope.org mailling list, this 
list is intended for discussion of the zope.org website.

IMAP as per the protocol does not send out emails, smtp -> Simple Mail 
*Transfer* Protocol, does. if you can't send mail out from the server, 
consider dropping it off at some location where an external process can.
