Dear Chris McDonough, 

please can you help me to understand your "smb User Folder" for Zope ?
I am shure you have to read lots of emails, but I do not get along any more...


Here in the Company of Liebherr we use the Zope 2.5.1 (with Python 2.1.3)
It is for a small internal intranet.
The engineers can get there informations for construction work.

NOW I want to expand it.
First I need to get the user-passwords from the NT-Domain-Server, a Windows-NT4 Server, PDC/BDC...

I installed your product, which I have got from: <http://www.zope.org/Members/mcdonc/smbUserFolder> 
Sorry, I do not know how to go on now.
My old users are in a "acl_users"
The new users are in the "/smbUsers/smbUsers"-file:
lbcgeh1:LBC:Orion:Herkules
lbcpfe0:LBC:Orion:Herkules
lbcfam0:TDV:MF1:MF2
I added in my /smb_testfolder  a "smb User Folder".
Then I could not create any users in there ?!
To access a dtml-document in that "/smb_testfolder/smbtest.dtml" works only if the user is in the normal zope "acl_users".
I do not know how to handle it with the "smb Users Folder -acl_users".
So please can you tell me how to do ?
