[ZWeb] Zope.org feedback: ()

Evidently some cable ISP in Puerto Rico fudged and mistakenly set up a
Zope server instead of a proxy server. All their customers are trying
to use it to access the internet. I've been trying to get the same setup
working from my computer for days now. Guess what: it doesn't. ;-)
