[ZWeb] Upload limit?

I have been trying to upload a new  release of TextIndexNG but this fails:

ERROR

The requested URL could not be retrieved

While trying to retrieve the URL: 
http://zope.org:8080/Members/ajung/TextIndexNG/Software_Release.2003-08-14.
0318/Software_Release_File.2003-08-14.1854/swreleasefile_edit

The following error was encountered:
The request or reply is too large.

then the reply body (what you are trying to download) is too large.   These
