[ZWeb] statistics page

I asked around.  (I never even kew this thing existed. :-)

We recently changed some routing / firewall rules due to security
issues.  Since we currently are understaffed in the sysadmin
department, we won't be able to revive the statistics page for now.

I'm surprised that the link is interesting to others outside Zope
Corp; my proposal is to simply get rid of the link.  Jeffrey, can you
do that?
