The two hosting options displayed in the sidebar are for free zope hosting;
the links are there to give people who want to try out Zope without
installing it on their own machine some free options.

For regular Zope hosting, we offer free listing in the Zope Service Provider
listing at http://www.zope.org/Resources/ZSP.
