[ZWeb] Information on CMF almost gone from ZopeOrg

As Tres pointed out, there's this bug that causes
http://www.zope.org/Products/CMF/ to show the Information, Changes and
Installation links pointing to no stuff. In the meantime, is it possible to
present at that very opening page at least an updated version of this
general info http://zope.org/Products/CMF/CMF-1.4.7/README.txt  ?

Yes, that's the readme from the latest stable release, but at least it
provides a definition. On the other hand, as cmf.zope.org isn't online
anymore, I propose to make it noticeable as the Zope's content management
framework it happens to be, maybe using this way:
