I'd prefer to see something like:

For a list of articles published by Magazines and websites throughout the world 
click click <a href="article">here</a>.

And then in "articles":

The following publications are dedicated to Zope-related Subject:
<a href="">ZopeMag</a> - Qualterly publication, yada yada
<a href="">PloneMag</a> - Weekly publication, yada yada

The following articles have recently been published about Zope:
<a href="">Some article</a> - brief description, <date>.
<a href="">Some article</a> - brief description, <date>.
<a href="">Some article</a> - brief description, <date>.

And right now,as far as I know, ZopeMag would be the only entry in the top 
section :-)
