You probably clicked the "Contact" link on zope.org.  This sends
mail to the zope-web mail list, which is for people who work on
the zope.org site itself.

AFAICT ZFloatMenu is a third-party product by some user of zope.
You may have better luck finding him/her by joining the
zope at zope.org mailing list, which is for general discussion of
zope and third-party zope products.
