Well, the mailing list feature required quite a lot of work.  It depends
on how you look at it.  And size is not really relevant to this
discussion at all, so, let's skip it.  :)

OK.  It might've been a bit blatant advertising.  I'll create another
one that's a bit more round in the corners.

But we should still have some written guidelines, no?
