[ZWeb] What's New in Zope...

Python has a great tradition in publishing "What's New in pythonX.X" 
documents.

Chris McDonough did that once 2 years ago 
(http://plope.com/Members/chrism/whatsnew_27/) and i remember how often 
i pulled that doc and read through it.

I'd like to suggest to again create such docs for zope and the most 
important zope products: zope2, zope3, five and cmf.
