[ZWeb] Help with Article/Book Link Item

Hello and "Happy New Year"!

Anybody up for helping implement two very simple link Items for 
Zope.org users?

They are for articles and books that are published.

It's pretty much all that is missing for Morten and I to switch over to 
the new docs section.
