[ZWeb] OzZope not on the Zope.org website

The Australian Zope Users Group, OzZope, is no longer listed on
zope.org's User Groups page.  We would appreciate it if we could be
included on the zope.org website again.  In July I wrote to the
zope.org web admin about this but nothing has been done.
