I'm using SabPyth.. When I made my selection late last year, it seemed to be the "most 
current".

I've been happy with it. Though just getting Sablotron installed on RH Linux 7.0 is a pita 
due to incompatibilities with js and kde-support.  Since we're moving to RH7.3 in a few 
weeks, I'll suffer with libxml2 for a while longer.
