[Zope] - MORE FROM THE NOVICE - HELP I AM DROWNING IN ZOPE!!!

Sorry for the novice question but I cannot get the management screens to
come up after I have installed ZOPE.
 
Here is what I did.
 
HW - ZOPE on winnt
 
1. Install Zope
2. Choose to install it with the included webserver.
3. Attempted to start Service on NT.
 
    CRASH (I know, NT!)
 
4. If I run the serve batch file, and start the Server it seems ok. I can
view information on my local IP at port :8080 but as soon as I attempt to
look at the management screens, BAM Nothing. 
 
5. Any guidance out there or similar encounters?

CURRENT

I am picking up events in the event logs as follows:

I definitly think it is a configuration issue here are the events(4 critical
occur):

a.The Open Procedure for service "ISAPISearch" in DLL "QPerf.dll" failed.
Performance data for this service will not be available. Status code
returned is DWORD 0. 

b.The Open Procedure for service "ContentIndex" in DLL "QPerf.dll" failed.
Performance data for this service will not be available. Status code
returned is DWORD 0. 

c.The Open Procedure for service "ContentFilter" in DLL "QPerf.dll" failed.
Performance data for this service will not be available. Status code
returned is DWORD 0. 

d.The description for Event ID ( 1 ) in Source ( ted ) could not be found.
It contains the following insertion string(s): PyImport_ImportModule:
ZPublisher.Publish The system cannot find the file specified. (null).

I named my installation (ted) and I have never seen anything to make me
think I need to logon???

I cannot get to the management screens --- AHAHAHHAHAHHA!!!

Any Advice???
