[Zope] - PCGI with IIS 4.0

I've never heard of this one before -- are there any other
messages in the Event Log (Application Log) pertaining to
the Zope service? The error message as stated makes it sound
like you have an incompatible or corrupt binary. You aren't
running NT on an Alpha or anything are you?
