I'm more than happy to host this (on Zope of course :-), and I also
happen to be the proud registrant of HTML.ORG (don't ask ;-), which I've
been offering to W3C for free for 3 years now, they don't want it... it
could be pointed there too, you never know who might stumble across this
one.

If you'd like I can register these and get them up.
