[Zope] Zope with Apache on NT

Has anyone gotten Zope 1.10.2 to work with the windows version of Apache
(1.3.6)?  I've checked, double-checked and triple-checked the notorious
rewrite rule:

so on:

http://localhost/Zope/manage or
http://localhost/Zope/anything-else-for-that-matter

I just get Error 403 Forbidden messages.

waaaaahhh... it's late and I'm getting cranky...  snivel...
