[Zope] Preserving log file with NT ZopeHTTPServer ?

I'm using the standalone Zope server under NT.

I've tried DOS-style > and >> re-direction but
end up with log file that doesn't grow (or perhaps one that doesn't
close properly when the server app exits).

Can anyone share with me how to do this successfully?
