This sounds like a good idea and could work

I would expect that the _very first_ community portal
site would be for ZOPE itself.  This portal could 
include your proposed code exchange.

I'd love to hear more about the Zope Community
Portals.  "ZCP" or "ZComPort" or "ZoCoPo"  ???  ;-)
