Nothing. Only the width and height properties are supported and shown.

In Zope 1.10 do:
<!--#with MyImage-->
<IMG SRC="<!--#var absolute_url-->" WIDTH=<!--#var width-->
HEIGHT=<!--#var height--> BORDER=0 ALT="<!--#var title_or_id-->">
<!--#/with-->

In Zope 2.0 do:
