[Zope] ANNOUNCE: KM|net News Product

Hi,

    I have just packaged up an alpha version of KM|net News (KMNN). I have
taken the code that we use for http://www.byproducts.com and converted into
a ZClass/ZCatalog based package. KMNN provides a news system that accepts
reader contributions and allows the editor to sort things into categories.
My model for this, originally, was c|net rather than slashdot. This package
has a number of (possibly :) unique features including: images can be
uploaded with the articles, articles can be syndicated via RSS 0.91, RDF and
ScriptingNews XML applications, readers can vote on articles, articles can
be released at a specific time.

    NOTE: this package requires Zope 2.0b3. It has undergone *very* little
testing at this point, and won't be the production code at byproducts.com
until September...
