[Zope] Catching external links - Ideas ?

Hi Bjoern, all
     I'm doing a similar thing, but just using a meta tag (is that bad?). I use
folders a lot I guess, and define a property "external_link", eg as
"http://www.wwf.com/bearhug.html". The logged redirection is done by calling a
document "thru_external_link" defined as such:

<!--#var "PARENTS[0].title"--></a> site..
<meta http-equiv="Refresh" content="1; URL=<!--#var
"PARENTS[0].external_link"-->">

To be logged:<BR>
<!--#var "PARENTS[0].title"-->
<!--#var "PARENTS[0].external_link"-->
<!--#var REMOTE_ADDR-->
<!--#var standard_html_footer-->

..and, uh, I guess you still have to decide what to do with the info.
