[Zope] Failed authorization from monitor_client

According to the log, I'm not managing to get in to the monitor, despite
entering the superuser password. Could the new encrypted access file have
upset things? 

This is a tad frustrating as of course I'm trying to use the monitor to
debug another problem...!
