[Zope] Server Lockups: Clue?

I was wondering about the lockups at first, since I didn't experience it.
When I did, I noticed something interesting.

The lockups only affected the management interface.  When I accessed zope as
an anonymous user (via another browser, of course), not only was the
response instant, but the management interface "unfroze" as well.

Could this be a threading issue?  This is Z-2.0b2 cooked on Solaris 2.6,
Python 1.5.2, w/ egcs-1.1.2-release.
