[Zope] environment variables

Well, "environment variables" doesn't make a lot of sense in Zope, which
does not, strictly speaking, have environment variables. Unless you dig
into External Methods and use os.environ -- analogous to $ENV in Perl --
directly, the closest counterpart in Zope is the request context:
