[Zope] Zope 2 on Win 98

This is the correct (albeit quiet) behavior... Just point your browser at
your machine:port, and you'll see Zope.

(Hint: I've noticed that you get the "program loading" cursor [the arrow
with the little hourglass] when Zope is initializing. When Zope is done, it
goes back to the standard arrow cursor.)
