i use :
<!--#tree expr="PARENTS[0]" branches_expr="objectValues(['Folder', 'DTML
Document'])" nowrap=1 sort=meta_type skip_unauthorized=1 -->
with success in my site..  Ought to work nicely with PARENTS[1] as
well...
