Hi Adonis,
I think there is another way to get a non-GMT date:
<dtml-with ZopeTime>
<dtml-var "'%s/%s/%i - %s' % (dd(), mm(), year(), TimeMinutes())">
</dtml-with>
displays the correct date and time (in French format) on my box.
