[Zope] new user-import problems

I am trying to import (using the import/export) a number of products to
try them out and am having some problems.  These products so far are
.zexp files

Tried importing ZRTChat.zexp by putting it in the import folder of a
Linux installation of 2.1 and I get :
Error Type: ValueError
           Error Value: unpack tuple of wrong size

on a NT 4 machine with 2.1 I get:
The object ZRTChat does not support this operation

Both operations provide with with a traceback

Obviously I am missing something important since I cannot seem to import
anything.  Mostly getting "invalid export header" errors

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
