[Zope] Cache question

Is there a quick and easy way to compute the size of your objects? Am I
wrong to assume this is just the size of the ZODB/Data.fs? Or does Zope use
a lot more memory when there is activity in the DB?

Kinda stupid and basic question, but... :)
