[Zope] Submitting a patch for a DA?

Hi,

Never thought I would get the privilege of doing this...

As some of you may have seen, I have been requesting help for the
PostgreSQL DA, I didn't get any help, so I finally figured out that
maybe no one new the answer. I went digging through the DA and think I
have solved my problem. Now I have a two part question:

1. How do I submit a patch (I've never done it before)?

2. To whom do I submit the patch?
