[Zope] Links inside of StructuredText

I'm having trouble getting Links in StructuredText to work. All of the
regressions generate <A HREF=*> tags fine, but I can't get them to work
in my own site:

DTML Method stxtester:
<dtml-var stxtest fmt="structuredtext">

DTML Method stxtest:
Hi, I really love "Zope":http://www.zope.org. It is the coolest thing to
hit the market.

When I access stxtest from the web:
Error Type: TypeError
Error Value: not all arguments converted
