[Zope] personalization/customisation/profiling

hi all,
we got a news based site, and would like to offer customization of news.  the
way we figured it is to let users become members, and give them their index_html
page when they login.

however, if we do that, how can we get the news which resides on another dir?

/news
    |-Pub1
            |-Sec1
                    |-Article(s)
            |-Sec(n)
   |-Pub2
            |Sec1

i know this is where inheritence comes in, but it still eludes this brain of
mine.

anybody has any suggestion on how we can go about this?
