[Zope] problem compiling ZSybaseDA

hi,

when compiling ZSybaseDA, libtli needs to be included.

however, it didn't come with open client for linux (where make 
is looking for it) nor did it come with the ZSybase DA. anybody
know where i can find libtli? or am i doing anything wrong?
