In addition to my previous email, here are two more attributes:

header="object"
	If set, this property is assumed to be an object with a DTML rendering. It
is displayed before the current object. The header DTML method is handed a
special standard_html_header and standard_html_footer.

footer="object"
	If set, this property is assumed to be an object with a DTML rendering. It
is displayed after the current object. The header DTML method is handed a
special standard_html_header and standard_html_footer.
