The license has changed -- check out:

With that in mind, we encourage everyone to help us spread the good word
for Zope.  To facilitate this we made a change for Zope 1.10 to add a
standard method you can insert into your documents, similar to your
proposal.

Needless to say, I'd love to see you display Zope as prominently as
possible without it becoming intrusive.
