Not quite,
I am lookinginto using ZServer/Apache together to facilitate this,
My thinking is, use Apache/PCGI to manage http access and use ZServer to
manage FTP access, this would then mean that users of FP could create a web
locally and then when finished 'publish' it to the web via FTP.
Theory seems sound to me, now all I need to do is get the ZServer to work
