[Zope] - Problems with AOL browser

Someone using an AOL browser tried to access a Zope website that I built
and receives the following error message:

Sorry, an error occurred

Invalid Parameter:=z6800101&userid=

I think this is an older version of AOL running on Windows 3.1. Anyone
know what the problem might be and if there is a fix for it.
