[Zope] - XML-style DTML code

Gang,

Several people have complained that the patch I sent out didn't apply
correctly, but it appears to be a mailer related problem, it's being
munged somewhere along the way... so... here's a URL to it... it ain't a
pretty thing, but there you have it.  I've not heard from
Paul/Jim?Amos/Michel/etal avbout this and the '#' side, at which point
I'll tweek that out if they agree.
