[Zope] Request for nscgi-auth.dll

Hello,
  I am looking for this file 'nscgi-auth.dll'. This is required because
my netscape enterprise server with Zope is not working porperly for
user authentication.

  Pls mail the file to me / tell me where to find it.
The site http://www.digicool.com/releases/unsupported/nscgi/
has only source code and i am looking for a binary distribution.
