If you do a "Open in New Window" Netscape will do just that -- open
another window; it'll run inside the same process and share the
resources of the previous window. What you should do is simply start a
new copy of Netscape.

Btw, IE also allows multiple windows inside one instance, but is clever
enough not share to share the authentication information across windows.
