[Zope] ANNOUNCE: Zope site makeover

The Zope site has a new look and feel. Now it actually matches the Zope
logo! I think that the new is much better and I hope you'll agree.

P.S. We're busily working on the new Zope site that uses Zope 2 and the
portal toolkit. We don't have any announcements yet, but work is well
underway.
