[Zope] How do I create a new db connection in Zope 2?

One answer is, "Did you install the ODBC DA into Zope 2?"

Another answer is, "You DO NOT want to use the ODBC DA until it's been
tweaked to support the new transaction management mechanisms in ZODB3
(aka Zope 2)."  This should happen before Zope 2 is final.
