[Zope] ANNOUNCE: Zope 1.10.3 beta 1 released

Hi all,

Digital Creations is pleased to announce the availability of 
Zope 1.10.3b1.

This release fixes a number of bugs including a significant memory 
leak that was introduced in 1.10.0 (this is the main reason for this 
release). It also includes a few new DTML tag features. For more details

We are calling this a beta because it is fairly lightly tested
(though not much has changed in this release vs. 1.10.2). We
will wait a few days and make sure no one is running into 
unexpected problems before declaring it 1.10.3 final.
