Good news, found the bug and squished it flat, dead as

a doornail :)!

Basically the fix has to do with changing 
the rightbox_items table (a TinyTable instance) data
by replacing the NULL values with "".

You should also set the Query TinyTable privilege
in the root(i.e. topmost) folder security page
for Anonymous access.

I'll release a new maintenance release tomorrow
which also change "relurl" fields to an int
format and after I test it more but that's 
basically the problem.
