[Zope] external method: imports delimited data

I wrote a real simple External Method for importing delimited flat file
data into Zope as a heirarchy of folders (rows) and properties
(columns). If anyone is interested let me know and I'll email it to
you. 

<scratches head> I should probably be using tinyTables for this instead
